It starts by selecting one of our services by clicking the "book now" button, filling out quick info about your event. Then we reach out to introduce ourselves and get the finer details of the event, explain the package, and answer any questions you might have.
From there, an invoice, agreement, and deposit saves the date. Then sit back and relax, knowing your party is in great hands.
Our pricing can be broken down easily into 3 parts:
1. Hourly Bartending Rate: $65/hour for a minimum of 4 hours. Each additional hour is $65.
2. Materials Cost: Depending on the package selected, it ranges from $4-11/per person. Materials are everything non-alcohol related such as cups, beverage napkins, ice, mixers, juices, etc.
3. Alcohol Cost: The cost of beer, wine, and liquor.
Example Scenario
Beer and Wine Service for 20 people
$260 - Bartender for 4 hours
$80 - Materials for 20 people @ $4/per person
$192 - Beer and wine for 20 people
$532 - Total Cost
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your booking, you may do so up to 14 days before the day of the event without penalty. Cancelling your booking within 14 days of the day of the event will result in the loss of your deposit.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule the booking, you may do so up to 14 days before the day of the event, only if the new requested date is available.
Refunds:
If you meet the conditions of our cancellation policy, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you do not meet the conditions of our cancellation policy, no refunds shall be issued.
